Investing in corporate training that is both innovative and effective can be challenging for many companies. Grupo Darling, which recently expanded by acquiring Grupo FASA and Gelnex, found a dynamic solution to integrate and strengthen its teams through immersive activities. Between December and January, we organized three events—two in Lajeado and one in Concórdia—covering everything from the IT department to various other sectors. The outcome exceeded all expectations and highlighted the benefits of a unique, collaborative learning experience.

At the end of 2024, QuintoAndar took a bold step in its commitment to leadership development. During the launch of the Leadership program, a transformative event was held, involving 250 employees in a simultaneous and fully customized escape game dynamic. More than a recreational activity, this event was an immersive experience designed to connect strategic principles to practical applications, creating a profound impact on engagement and organizational culture.
