Escape Time has a clear mission: to provide immersive, challenging, and innovative experiences for audiences of all ages. Now, we are taking another significant step forward with the opening of our new unit at Shopping Carioca, in Rio de Janeiro, in partnership with Play Toy, one of the largest amusement park operators in shopping malls across Brazil.

Investing in corporate training that is both innovative and effective can be challenging for many companies. Grupo Darling, which recently expanded by acquiring Grupo FASA and Gelnex, found a dynamic solution to integrate and strengthen its teams through immersive activities. Between December and January, we organized three events—two in Lajeado and one in Concórdia—covering everything from the IT department to various other sectors. The outcome exceeded all expectations and highlighted the benefits of a unique, collaborative learning experience.

At the end of 2024, QuintoAndar took a bold step in its commitment to leadership development. During the launch of the Leadership program, a transformative event was held, involving 250 employees in a simultaneous and fully customized escape game dynamic. More than a recreational activity, this event was an immersive experience designed to connect strategic principles to practical applications, creating a profound impact on engagement and organizational culture.

Recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with ADM (Archer Daniels Midland), one of the largest and most respected global companies in human and animal nutrition, with over 120 years of history, to create a unique training experience focused on the code of conduct. This project was special not only because of the challenge of addressing an essential and complex topic in a light and dynamic way, but also because it provided employees with an innovative and interactive learning experience.

Recently, we participated in iFood Move 2024, the largest restaurant gathering in Latin America, where we showcased a customized escape room. This unique experience not only highlighted iFood's sustainable solutions but also underscored the importance of experiential learning. In partnership with AstraZeneca, Escape Time Brasil introduced an innovative immersive experience during the "Take Care of Yourself Today" week, featuring an escape room focused on raising awareness about lung cancer risks. Addressing both genetic factors and the dangers of smoking, the activity deeply impacted participants, with all sessions fully booked. Through this hands-on experience, attendees learned about the importance of prevention and support in combating this disease.
