The timer is about to start…” That’s how we kicked off Escape Time’s experience for Knot, a company that operates tankers, in an immersive dynamic designed to test decision-making under pressure, assertive communication, and real cross-functional collaboration. In 60 minutes, participants cracked codes, interpreted clues, and navigated obstacles crafted to simulate high‑complexity scenarios. More than solving puzzles, the mission demanded coordination, environmental awareness, and conscious choices when everything seemed impossible—just like in critical operations and regulated environments.

At the end of 2024, QuintoAndar took a bold step in its commitment to leadership development. During the launch of the Leadership program, a transformative event was held, involving 250 employees in a simultaneous and fully customized escape game dynamic.
