It is with great satisfaction that we announce an innovative event in partnership with UN-Habitat – the United Nations program dedicated to sustainable urbanization and human settlements. Within the context of Urban October, a month globally dedicated to the debate about the future of our cities, and as part of the comprehensive Urban Circuit, which promotes initiatives throughout Brazil, we present Escape Climate Change on October 25th.

The climate crisis is no longer a future threat; it is our present reality. Reports from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) consistently point to the need for urgent, large-scale action to mitigate its devastating effects. But how do we turn complex data and scientific warnings into a call to action that resonates with millions of people? How do we engage society meaningfully, beyond the headlines? At Escape Time, we believe in the power of immersion and interactivity to raise awareness and inspire change. We are proud to announce our newest initiative: Brazil’s first online game fully focused on climate change — a project that combines storytelling, technology, and science to create a unique and transformative experience.

From July 26 to August 3, the city of Rio Branco (AC), Brazil, hosted one of the largest business fairs in the Northern region: ExpoAcre 2025. And we at Escape Time Brasil had the honor of creating an immersive activation inside the SEBRAE pavilion, delivering a unique and purpose-driven escape room experience. But what made this more than just another attraction at a fair? In this article, we’ll share the project’s behind-the-scenes details, the results achieved, and—most importantly—the technical and strategic concepts that can be replicated by companies, institutions, and brands looking to engage, educate, and emotionally connect with their audiences.
